Quality Work:

” Without a website and being 2017 we were skeptical to build with someone that we couldn’t find a ton of information about online. We expressed our concerns and the builders were willing to do whatever was necessary to put our mind at ease. Prior to any contracts being signed they let us visit their contractors, tour current and past builds, and speak with past clients. Despite our need for reassurance they were awesome and understand and willing to assist. After all the positive feedback we decided to move forward, and the great news is even after a contract was signed the ease of the process and response times never changed.

The building process itself was SO EASY if you are good at making your own decisions. Being their homes are custom they can provide you with information on past builds, they can make up build plans for you, or you can sit and build your own plans. The process takes as long as you drag it out, if you can’t make quick-ish decisions then the process will take longer. Its best to walk in with a list of some criteria so you have a starting point. Our build stayed true to its original timeline because we are decisive people. We were against a non-changeable move in date due to our previous home already selling so it was a lot of pressure for all parties involved and they did everything in their power and pulled it off AND we stayed within budget.

This builder is beyond fair when it comes to options in comparison to big box builders. They will not nickel and dime you. They will stand behind whatever they commit to even if it has changed from the original plan. They will allow for modifications (within reason) even once the building process has started. They are honest even if it means they make less money on something.

Quality and detail is great. You can’t always work with contractors that do exceptional work but when they find their contractors slacking they will do whatever is necessary to fix the problem. Even if that means redoing something or finding another contractor. They truly stand behind their work. I felt like they were looking out for us and always looking at things from the prospective of if it was their own home they were building.

If you are on the market for a custom home that has all the bells and whistles included and you like quality work and you want to work with people that are genuine, honest, fair, all around good people then stop searching for a builder and just hire them. You won’t be disappointed.”

We Love Our Dream Home:

” Having now lived in our new home for over a year, we just wanted to say how much we love our dream home that Mike and Zak helped us create. As first time home buyers, we were naturally a bit overwhelmed by the whole process of trying to put together and develop what our vision of our perfect home would be.

We had a major learning process to go through and Mike and Zak were extremely helpful from the day that we were introduced to them. They seemed to really care about what we wanted in our home and they took the time to explain all of the different aspects of the home construction process to us. We of course had a million and one questions which they were more than ready to help answer for us. They explained all of the customization options, plans, materials all up front to us (including a lot of things we never even thought of our self) in a clear manner that really helped make us feel comfortable. They helped us with design decisions, gave creative professional advice when we were torn between different design ideas, and really broke down the pros and cons of different layouts, design choices, and accents to help us get the style and feel that we wanted! Never did we feel rushed at all and we felt like they gave us great advice all along the way as new questions and design ideas came up.

Overall, these guys were a pleasure to work with. They were present throughout the process of construction and went out of their way to be responsive to any of our concerns and questions that came up. This level of care and compassion for our needs really helped us feel comfortable and confident in what seemed to us before we started the whole process to be a very intimidating huge life decision!
